Inconsistent User folder icons between 2 installs

So I have Windows installed from two different personal Microsoft accounts on two separate desktops, with two separate licenses. I used the same install media for both when I did so, a USB thumb drive.

When my personal PC installed, the default icons for the "User" folder and several sub folders were custom icons, like a purple film strip for "Videos", or had special stamps/watermarks on them, eg a "person" icon on my User folder or a gamepad icon on my Saved Games folder.

On my secondary PC, those folders are all plain, and I have no idea how to change them to match. I've tried going through customization, but the icons used in the first computer don't show up in the default source file, and I don't know where to look for the others, and the Contacts and User folders won't even let me enter the Customize tab, and the icon for them is the same default icon on both machines of a plain file folder. I'm not sure where these "extra" images are coming from.

I like the customized icons and would like to implement them on my second machine. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Hello A screenshot will be much more useful to understand the exact issue. Based on present description, we want the two machines shown as the same configuration, right? I noticed you have two Microsoft Accounts. We may try to login the two machines with the same Microsoft account. Then the settings should be synced automatically. If they are not synced, we could check the following settings. xumeipo 1.18
