I appreciate that you answered but like I already said, I already did the steps on how to remove s mode but it did not work. I also had customers service help me and they tried downloading wsrest (was unable to do so), and then tried resetting and no changes were done. So my question still is, what can I do so I can remove s mode. I want to remove s mode because I'm unable to certain school assignments and I'm force to use another computer. I do not care if I have to factory reset, I do not have any file on my tablet. I don't have a 16-32gb flashdrive at the moment to be able to download recovery image file.

Sowwy, this is not a potential answer, but I specifically would like to know why I am directed to "sign in" to microsoft in order to get out of S Mode.
