As you can see Azure is receiving these successful calls...but when I go to look at Generated Tokens there are no generated tokens displayed. What is going on?

Having this same issue with GPT-4 (1106-preview)

Tried both 2023-03-01-preview and 2023-08-01-preview
Note: GPT-4 (0613) in Switzerland North with 2023-08-01-preview works correctly

Same issue with GPT-4 (128k) in francecentral. Any updated on this issue?
