Microsoft teams incoming call notification not visible on Redmi phone

Microsoft teams incoming call notification not visible on Redmi note 12 phone.

We can hear ringing when incoming teams call is there but on screen we cant see anything to accept call.

Looking at other threads already tried things like reviewing notification settings, uninstall/re-install application, log-off and re-login etc.

Teams app we are using is on work profile.
Teams Version: 1416/1.0.0.2023203702/1108
MI UI version : 14.0.4

Experiencing Microsoft Teams incoming call notification visibility issue on Redmi Note 12 despite trying various solutions. Teams app is on work profile, version 1416/1.0.0.2023203702/1108. MI UI version is 14.0.4. Need help resolving the problem. Found same error when my client was discusing about site https://edgarhaircuts.org.
