Inquiry on charges

Question

I created one subscription, one resource, and one Kubernetics. About 5 days later, I left the aws account. And about five days later, the fee came out to $4 million. I don't understand why all the subscriptions, resources, and Kubernetics I made disappeared and new subscriptions, resources, and Kubernetics were created, resulting in huge charges. How do I solve it?
