How to organize access without password ?

Hello. How to organize access to a network folder without password and login request ? Guest access. I have windows 7-10-11 client and windows server 2022.

I need to make a folder on a non domain member computer.

I am not able to edit all clients.

I have a program that needs to be shared freely. What can be the solutions ?
