Cannot see certification profile

When I log in to my Microsoft account I cannot see the certifications profile. This prevents me from rescheduling my exams. I try to open https://aka.ms/examreschedule and it redirects me to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/

Its the Pearson Vue folks who asked me to post the question here because I could not find any proper contact or email address to raise this question to. Can you give me a clear way of communication to Microsoft support for Certifications?
