Can't change address on certification profilr

Question

I want to book an exam but can't change the address on my certification profile. I get the error "The profile changes were not able to be submitted. Please try again later, or if the issue continues, Contact support.". I tried about 6 months ago and the same thing happened, any help would be much appreciated.
