I personally suggest you go to Settings > Select OneDrive app > Under RESET, tap Reset 'OneDrive' > Enable Delete Login Credentials > Restart the OneDrive app and try to sign in.
I also suggest you refer to 'Sign in to OneDrive in iOS'.
