How to show the Credentials by my personal account?

Question

I can't connect to my certification profile on the dashboard of my Microsoft Learn account.

I took the exam of AZ-900 and passed it. I got an e-mail saying I passed but I couldn't check my certification profile with the account which I used when I took the exam.

I used my office account to use discount for the exam. I cnnected it to my personal account, but I could't connect to my certification profile with both account.

Okay I think I understand your question now.

If you have connected two accounts on Microsoft Learn.

Go to your profile on Microsoft Learn, if you are using your laptop at the left hand side click on Credentials then go to Certifications. Microsoft has changed a few things on Microsoft certifications. To see your Microsoft certifications you need to check on Microsoft Learn.

Next click on Certification details

If that did not work, then create a Microsoft Learn account with the account you used to write the certification and link it to the old Microsoft Learn account by clicking on the setting icon and going to Account Management this will help in linking the accounts.
