Hello
Error 80070005 means "access denied". There is a permission issue preventing the app from being installed. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter:
Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Scroll down and click on "Windows Store Apps" troubleshooter.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
- Reset the Windows Store cache:
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter.
Wait for the Command Prompt window to open and then close automatically.
Restart your computer and try installing the app again.
3.Check your account permissions:
Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
Go to Accounts > Your info.
Make sure you are signed in with a Microsoft account and not a local account.
If you are using a local account, click on "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" and follow the prompts to switch to a Microsoft account.
Restart your computer and try installing the app again.
- Disable third-party antivirus or firewall software. We could uninstall the antivirus software completely then reboot if it is possible.
Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus or firewall software you have installed.
Try installing the app again.
If the installation is successful, you may need to configure your antivirus or firewall software to allow the app to be installed.
- We could try to create a new user account then check the issue again. Please ensure the uac is enabled (search "UAC" from the search bar).
If the issue persists, we could refero the following link and try to capture a process monitor of the whole installing process then analyze it.
