Error 0x80070005 instaling from Windows Store

While trying to install Microsoft Clicchamp from the Windows Store, the app Microsoft Photos has dissapeared from my PC. When i try to reinstall it from de Windows Store I get the error code 0x80070005, the same error code that I got when installing Clipchamp.

How can I solve this problem and, at least reinstall Photos?

    Hello

    Error 80070005 means "access denied". There is a permission issue preventing the app from being installed. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter:

    Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.

    Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

    Scroll down and click on "Windows Store Apps" troubleshooter.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

    1. Reset the Windows Store cache:

    Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.

    Type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter.

    Wait for the Command Prompt window to open and then close automatically.

    Restart your computer and try installing the app again.

    3.Check your account permissions:

    Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.

    Go to Accounts > Your info.

    Make sure you are signed in with a Microsoft account and not a local account.

    If you are using a local account, click on "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" and follow the prompts to switch to a Microsoft account.

    Restart your computer and try installing the app again.
