Cannot create a DB in SSMS

Hi

I am getting the below error when I try to create a database in SSMS

Not sure how to go forward

    You used completely wrong tags.

    As the message says, you (your used credentials) don't have the permission to create a database.

    Logon with a SysAdmin account.
