New Outlook is unable to recall messages.

Question

All users in our company are forced to use the new version by IT. But the user experience has a significant impact on the business. For example, sending emails cannot be recalled, older versions of macro code cannot be used, and classic versions can be well integrated with Office products such as Teams and Onenote. However, now it requires us to spend a lot of time solving these problems. When can we optimize the features of these new versions?

As i know, Recall feature is not available in New Outlook. As a workaround, you can set the Undo send via Settings > View all Outlook settings > Select Mail > Compose and reply. Although you can't recall a message once it's been sent, when you turn on the undo send option, Outlook.com delays sending the message so you can cancel it if you change your mind.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
