Why is the intel core i5 7400 which has 4 cores and a processing speed of 3.0 Ghz not on the approved CPUs for Windows 11?

As the title suggests I have a HP Omen I bought 6 years ago from the date of this post. I meet all the system requirements for Windows 11 including the core and speed. Yet someone at Microsoft's development team made the decision to not allow the Intel i5 7400 series to be approved. I cannot download, install, or use Windows 11. I just want to know why? I want to know what specifically is about the i5 7400 processors because looking a this processor and comparing it with those approved with the same number of cores and processing speed I do not find anything that would make the i5 7400 series any different than one that happens to be similar in the gen 8 line. In fact, the i5 7400 series a 7th-gen chip can even beat some of the Gen 8 processors. So again what is it exactly that disqualifies this from being worthy enough to run Windows 11? This is my Gaming PC it has been for years. I have run Call of Duty, and I have played World of Warcraft on this. Which requires far more demand then the Operating system. So please break it down for me exactly what it is about the i5 7400 CPU that makes it unable to work with Windows 11?

There is weblog explaining why there is such a decision and generally, it is important that it should be new device. You will see CPU which are less powerful but they are newer are supported. Have a look at:
