Please kindly note that Salesforce emails is a third-party application, which we may not be very familiar with.
And since this issue may be more related to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), to get better support I would suggest creating a new thread and add the Microsoft Entra ID related tags.

To check from Azure AD (Microsoft 365) side, please suggest your IT team to access Microsoft Entra Admin Center to have a check if the application is added as an enterprise application.
