Hello there!

I built a model using Azure Form Recognizer (Now Document Intelligence) and tried to use by submitting this POST request:
this is the payload

{"urlSource":"https://hatchetdemo.blob.core.windows.net/dev-stackdc-justicestackdccom-autolabeltest/638363465525565049-clean-bill-000%20-%20Copy%20(2).pdf?sv=2022-11-02&se=2037-08-01T14%3A28%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=racwdxltfi&sig=XrwC7iOhr4nnFuhz%2FnMHosI06DfKZT5Cf1s7gGVcE7s%3D"}

but received these errors:

Any suggestions on how to circumvent this issue or is there something wrong with the request payload? Thanks in advance for any guidance:)

    Hi @William Hawkins ,

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Based on the error message you received, it seems like there might be an issue with the payload you submitted. We recommend double-checking the payload and ensuring that the URL is correct and accessible. Additionally, you can try refreshing your Azure instance and verifying that there are no other instances or applications running, that could be trying to access the same resource.

    If the issue persists, we suggest raising a support ticket from the Help+Support blade in the Azure portal if you have a support plan for your subscription. This will allow you to share the details securely and work with an engineer who can provide more insights about the issue and determine if it can be replicated.

    I hope this helps!
