Azure DevOps Pipeline Teams integration with on premise Azure DevOps

Hi,
So my company have on-premise Azure DevOps on our server. I'm looking for any possible way to connect our on-premise azure to teams, so we could use those add-ons like Azure Pipelines on Teams or Azure DevOps Board on Teams.
I find out that everytime we setup one of those add-ons, they appeared this link https://azchatopprodcus1.azchatops.visualstudio.com and said Sorry, you have no associated Azure DevOps organizations. I think this happen because our azure project, account, and org is based on on-premise not on the azure online service.
Any help for this? Thank you in advance.

Azure devOps is not supported in Microsoft Q&A forum, I would suggest you raise/report your problem in Azure devOps developer community here. Removing the Azure App service tag as app service is not involved.
