How to get out of from this loop in power automate?

Question

when the approver rejects the approval......the comments and status will have to update in the list.
The creator will recorrect the details and again send back to approver......
here my problem is when the details are updating in the list.......the flow was re triggering again.........becaz i put create or modified (In my scenario i need this)

Once you set the trigger as "When an item is created or modified", the flow will run according to your trigger, which is unavoidable.

As a workaround, you could use instant flow, set trigger as "Manually trigger a flow".
