Can we get the file and folder sharing report from SharePoint and OneDrive as admin along with direction who has shared the file and folder with whom and vice versa? Is there any way via GUI or Graph API or PowerShell?

For example:

User A shared a file & folder with user B and vice versa so we should be able to see it in report with that direction along with their user ID's.
