Issue with Certification View & Renewal

Hi,

I´m having issue with my certification and need assistance to resolve.

A) The "Certification" view is missing when I log in to learn so I can´t access my certification and renew?

I have logged in with my personal MS Account https://aka.ms/certdashboardand have only one account that I use or used for certification. Account management states (Connected with certification profile).

B) I haven´t received any reminder e-mail to renew my certificate which expires in February 2024?

My registered e-mail address is correct and working.

    Certifications is under Credentials now. Below is direct link to your Certifications tab, please check if your certifications are there:
