Azure Code Signing on Windows 10 LTSB

Question

Hello,

We want to deploy a new anti-virus in our company.

However, on our Windows 10 LTSB 2016 Enterprise workstations (Version 1607 14393.1715) we cannot deploy because Azure Code Signing is not present.

After several searches, we found the following :

Is there a way to install on this version of Windows?
