    Hello,
    You can try to implement that change with the following GPO:
    -Launch the Group Policy Management Editor and navigate to "Local Computer Policy", then find Excel application settings: Navigate to "User Configuration" > "Administrative Templates" > "Microsoft Excel" > "Excel Options" > "Save". Then disable the "Save source data with file" option. Remember to save and apply the changes.
