Solution to Error: MigrationProvisioningPermanentException?

I managed to run a Microsoft 365 migration from Google WorkSpace, both through the Exchange Online tool and in PowerShell Console.

I have already added a domain, an active user and assigned a license to each user. But when I run the migration batch, the migration does not take place because it does not synchronize and I get the following error:

MigrationProvisioningPermanentException: The operation couldn't be performed because object '@domain.com' couldn't be found on 'PH7PR15A09DC001.NAMPR15A009.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM'. --> The operation couldn't be performed because object '@domain.com' couldn't be found on 'PH7PR15A09DC001.NAMPR15A009.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM'.

I followed all the steps in the documentation of:

Perform Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 migration using Exchange Online PowerShell.

Perform an automated migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 in the new Exchange Online EAC.

I performed the procedure, but despite this, I still get this same error.

Please help me to solve this problem and tell me what to do to make the migration a success. Thank you!

Hi @Antonio Del Risco

Kindly note that since this is a public forum, I have replaced the user email address in the error message with ******@domain.com for security.

Thanks for your understanding.

Please connect to Exchange Online Powershell with an admin account and run the following cmdlet to check the result:

(Don't forget to hide your personal information)

Get-ExoRecipient ******@domain.com
