I have a Dell Precision Rack 7910 with Win7 v6.1. Is it possible to upgrade it to Win10 Enterprise v22H2?

according to the documentation https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/supportedos/precision-r7910-workstation, Dell Precision Rack 7910 supports Win10 Enterprise v22H2.
