I have my Microsoft Certifications under an account that is hosted out of US navy Flank Speed, (@us.navy.mil). I am unable to logon with this account anymore to maintain my certifications. I have included the error message I receive. I have contacted Flank Speed service desk and have been informed that it is an issue with Microsoft. How can I resolve this or transfer my certifications to another account?
