Azure Monitor API rate limits

Is there a rate limit on the Azure Monitor metrics API, specifically for the GET https://management.azure.com/{resourceUri}/providers/Microsoft.Insights/metrics?api-version=2018-01-01 endpoint? Do the general throttling limits for Resource Manager requests apply to this API as well? I've checked the Azure Monitor service limits documentation, including the Application Insights limits, but I'm still not sure if any of them are relevant. Could someone please provide some clarification on this?

    Apologies for the late reply @Nichole De La Cruz .

    The Azure Monitor service limits refers to the data held by the resource, not you as the customer accessing the data. You are correct in your assumption, the throttling limits for Resource Manager requests are the API limits for all APIs under management.azure.com.
