Hi there,

I would like to track email engagement, open rates and click through rates on certain group emails. When I open the Viva Insights pane, options appear such as: 'Want focus time every day?', 'Set up quiet time.' etc., but 'Track email open rates' does not appear as an option to select as instructed on this guide:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/use-microsoft-viva-insights-in-outlook-83d09caa-bfe8-4cb9-8f64-30afd79cc75d

How do I get this option to appear in the Viva Insights pane? The available options don't change even when I select a sent email that meets the criteria for email tracking (sent to more than five people, sent between 30 mins and two weeks ago etc.).

Thanks!

    Hi @Lmag ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Does the "Track email open rates" option not appear when I select any of the eligible sent emails?

And I found that after selecting the sent email in Outlook > click on the Viva Insight add-in, and when I scroll down, the "Checking for insights" load will appear, and then the "Track email open rates" option will appear, please make sure you have slid to the bottom.

    Hope to help you!
