According to the error information you provided, we could know this error caused by recipient’s mailbox is full.
Please check the recipient's mailbox quota. If it has been used up, you can clean up the old mailbox in settings->General->Storage. Or please empty the deleted items. It should be noted that it may take up to 24 hours after deletion to receive mail normally again.

You can also increase the storage limit of user mailboxes by purchasing better services. For the specific limit information of different versions of Office 365, you can refer to:Mailbox storage limits.
