I have installed the teams software onto my ubuntu system. It takes me to the login screen and when I type the password, it does not accept it. I checked the password on the online login and it allows me to log on there. I tried the insider route, but it did not work and neither did the manual install.

Are there any error message when you login in Teams on Linux?
What is your version of Teams for Linux?
Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?
In this case, we recommend you try to clean the cache file to see if this issue can be fixed. You can run the following command:
rm -r ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\ Teams\ -\ Insiders

I can't find the version of the teams I am running.
I am at a university and it is my school login that I am attempting to use.
I ran the code and it still didn't work for me sadly.
According to your description, it looks like you are not using the Official Teams for Linux.
You could try to uninstall it and install Teams for Linux client manually. For more reference:

I followed the steps as suggested and the same issue persists. It takes me to my school login page and yet it still does not accept my most recent password. It is the same login page that is used for the normal browser process. I can still login online with the new password and but not on the teams login.
