We're unable to open MS Word or Excel documents on our all SharePoint Sites : -

    Hi, @Gouthami Pingali ,

    We are not allowed to access your tenant so if you have screenshots, please add them into the post. You can easily add a picture with copy and paste.

    For now, we're investigating a problem that may be preventing users from accessing documents via the Microsoft Word app. Please refer to OO225507 in the admin center for further details.
