If you are creating a mail flow rule, simply use the conditions to scope it down to specific mailbox, for example "recipient is xxxx@keyman .com".

I have created a rule to block a specified domaim.
I would like to apply this rule to only one single mailbox in my organization.
how to apply rules to the mailboxes is my question.
second: once we create the rule in mailflow. it will automatically apply to the all mailboxes in that domain or how it works. there was no option to add this rule to mailbox. please help

Hi,
Just in addition to michev's answer,here is the steps on how it can be done.- When you create the rule,select "More options"
- Then you can see the button "add condition" which you can use to add more than one conditions to the rule
- Besides "Apply this rule if the sender's domain is...", you should add "the recipient is ..."to apply the rule to a specific mailbox instead of all mailboxes in your environment.
