Issue with uploading bundle to store

Hello! I need some help
I did upload packages many time, but since today i got next issue...
"Package acceptance validation error: We encountered a fatal error while parsing the package xxx.msixbundle: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source. Try again or upload a new package."
What is this value? where shouldbe? Also, should tell thats not using any NUGET expansions. VS2022, last update (but also did try by VS 2017, same result) - Application working properly.

Are you using Windows Application Packaging Project to package your app?

There used to be a similar case but it happens to Windows Application Package Project. And on that case, the issue is caused by a reference called "microsoft.windows.sdk.buildtools", you could try to delete the "microsoft.windows.sdk.buildtools" package.

@Junjie Zhu - MSFT Hello, thanks for reply. I using default VS packaging (publish - create application packets)
I did try difference SDK versions for it, but seems like no result.
I haven`t any references to microsoft.windows.sdk.buildtools - 0 installed NuGET expansions.

Could you please try to upload a blank UWP app package, will this error happen again?
