How to categorize emails automatically based on emails addresses in CC

Hi,

I need outllook to categorize automatically (put a "tag") to certain emails based on the email addresses that are on the CC field.

I already got to the solution of creating a rule using as a condition the "Recipient Adress Includes" and then write the emails in the text box. However, my real issue is that in order for that to work I have to put each email individually and press "enter" so that outlook recognizes it as a different "word"/email. And that is simply not feasible for me, since I have to consider hundreds of email addresses in the field CC.

Does anyone have an alternative solution on how I can automatically categorize emails based on the people on the CC field?

I appreciate any help!

    Hi @Tiago Marques ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As I know, Outlook rules can only be used to move emails with my name is in CC box but not to move emails with other address in CC box. It's by design.

As a workaround, it's suggested that you could create a search folder to specifically check those emails addresses in CC. More information: Use Search Folders to find messages or other Outlook items.
