Hello
Blue screen errors can be caused by a variety of reasons, including hardware failure, driver issues, corrupted system files, etc. Here are some possible solutions:
Using Event Viewer: Press Windows + X to open the Power User menu, then click Event Viewer to launch Application. Hover over the Actions menu and click the Create custom view link. Select the time range in which the BSoD occurred from the Logging drop-down menu and check the Error checkbox in the Event Level section.
Via Control Panel: Open the Run box, type Control and press Enter to open Control Panel. Click System and Security > System and Maintenance. Expand the Maintenance category and click View Reliability History. You should now see Chart 2 showing reliability information.
Using Registry Editor: You can also use Registry Editor to view blue screen logs.
