How to fix the internal server error while deploying Language Service

Hello All, While deploying the Azure Language Service resource in azure portal for the past 5 days i am still getting the internal server error while deploying the Azure AI service in Azure Language Service. Please tell me how to deploy the language service without the internal server error.

Is it possible to share more details regarding the specific language service and the region you are working on? Please share more details regarding the error.
