Is there any way to use an OpenAI model in AI Studio for the Canada regions?

Please correct me if I am wrong, but it appears that using OpenAI in AI Studio is currently not possible for the Canada regions. I am able to use AI Studio in Canada Central, but not OpenAI. On the other hand, AI Studio is not available in Canada East, but OpenAI is.
Is there a workaround for this? I am restricted to the Canada regions, and I'm just wondering how I can deploy an OpenAI model for use in AI Studio. If there is no workaround, is there a timeline for when we might be able to expect either AI Studio to become available in Canada East or OpenAI to become available in Canada Central?

2023-12-01T14:06:03.2566667+00:00 We are trying to use Azure AI Studio (https://ai.azure.com/) with one of our OpenAI models. However, OpenAI is only available Canada East (as per your screenshot), and AI Studio is only available in Canada Central (but not Canada East). Are there any plans to make OpenAI and AI Studio fully usable in the Canada regions?

But I can see many options in the deployment you can select in Canada Central, could you please let me know if there is any specific model you want to use? I see models in different regions are the same as below -

2023-12-04T15:19:15.0033333+00:00 @YutongTie-MSFT I am looking to deploy the Azure OpenAI models for use in AI Studio, as I've mentioned before. Please see the screenshot below for the message that appears when I try to deploy gpt-4, for example. I have this exact same model deployed in my subscription in Canada East - however, the issue is that I cannot use this deployment in AI Studio since AI Studio is only available in Canada Central but OpenAI is not.
Can you please check and advise if there are plans for either:
- Access to AI Studio for Canada East
- Access to OpenAI for Canada Central
