I am pleased to inform you that I recently took and successfully passed the PL-900 exam, resulting in my achievement of the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification. I received a confirmation email from Microsoft acknowledging this accomplishment.

However, despite receiving the confirmation email, I encountered difficulties obtaining the certification. Initially, I was uncertain about the process as I had signed up for the exam using my Gmail account. Following some research, I managed to sign in to my Microsoft account using my Gmail credentials. However, when I navigated to my profile > credentials > certificates section, I was unable to locate the certification. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Could you please ensure that the Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certificate is provided to me at your earliest convenience?
