Azure Information Protection set up

Hi,

I'm trying to set up HIPAA email compliance for my email. I have been directed by your Azure Customer Support to set up a free azure account and to click "create" on the Microsoft Purview Information Protection. This is where I'm now stuck. How do I activate this on my email account? How much does it cost? None of this information was given to me.

    Please see the following for licensing requirements:

    You will need a Microsoft 365 Business account to be able to purchase the necessary licensing.

    You will need Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, Office 365 E3 or E5. The + sign indicates that it can be added onto that license type that it is matched too.
