NDR ‎550 5.2.3 RESOLVER.RST.RecipSizeLimit to be Sent to Recipient

Hi.

By default, the NDR ‎550 5.2.3 RESOLVER.RST.RecipSizeLimit will be sent to sender if sender send message that too large for the recipient. Can we configure the EXO to copy and send NDR ‎550 5.2.3 RESOLVER.RST.RecipSizeLimit to its designated recipient also?

For example, sender A sent a large message to recipient B, but the Exchange block it and send a NDR to sender A. How to configure the Exchange to send NDR to recipient B also and stated that sender A has attempted to send large message to recipient B? This is to notify recipient B if there was someone trying to send large message and avoid overlook in communication.
