login to your certification dashboard
https://www.microsoft.com/learning/members/en/us/mcp/mcp-default.aspx
then go to credentials>certification
there is a list of exams, under each exam passed there is a link
View details on provider site
this takes you to the pearsonvue site
on the right you will find a link with view score reports, click on it and you will find all the exams with score reports to download.
