I need to Block incoming and outgoing Mails for Specific Mailbox user in exchange server.

please support for this.

Hello @Satyanarayana

You could try blocking via transport rules or changing the mailbox sending and receiving size limit to a minimum value. （-MaxSendSize -MaxReceiveSize）
