How can I add tabs features to existing messaging extension project I built with teams toolkit?

I want to add tabs feature to the existing messaging extension project I built with teams toolkit.
According to this, there is "add features" option in teams toolkit but I can't find it on mine.
How can I add tabs features to my existing project?

You can achieve tabs capability to your existing sample by adding tabs section(Personal Tabs, Static Tabs, Configurable Tabs) in manifest.json file.
