Getting error on runbook, but other runbooks run fine. It is just a disable-transport rule runbook.

    Hi @Robert Hicks ,

Based on the error message provided, it seems like a server-side error has occurred which has prevented the operation from completing. This could be due to an intermittent or temporary issue with the ExchangePowerShell module or with the Azure Automation service. You may follow below steps to diagnose the issue.

    1. Retry the operation after some time to see if the issue resolves itself.
    2. Check if there are any service health issues or outages in the Azure portal that could be affecting your runbook.
    3. Verify that you have the necessary permissions to execute the Disable-TransportRule cmdlet.
    4. Check if there are any issues with the network connectivity between Azure Automation and Exchange by reviewing the network configuration and firewall rules.

Note that this response is partially based on Microsoft Q&A AI Assist and posted after manually validating the accuracy of the response and making necessary changes as appropriate.
