Hi all
For one of my user, an external user is sending email and the email is going to junk folder. this is happening to only one user. There is no issue with the external sender at all. i have checked outlook rules i dont see any rule which is causing to go to junk. Message trace results shows status as FilteredasSpam. When i look into messagetrace details. After receiving the message it is just going to spam folder. please guide me.
