what to do after my Azure exam got canceled by onvue tech team?

saturday, November 11 was the scheduled exam for the Azure Administrator Associate certificate after about 15 minutes into the exam some issues in the Onvue application occurred and they had to stop the exam, they told me to connect with customer services but no answer, and now I have to send you this issue. my exam got canceled because of some technical issues in the application and I need to take another one but I did not receive a refund.
