Problem: Windows 10 machine well established started to freeze. No mouse movement. Have to hard reset to get recovery.

Data Files and Event Log Entries:

Most often no mini dump. Most often event viewer only has kernel power event however there have been 2 instances of DPC Watchdog Violation blue screen and I link the memory and minidump files for those 2 BSOD.

Also, There have been a few instances when crash resulted in event log entry. The 2 most common are below. Also, my msinfo file exported is attached

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 26

What I have done:

nn

Neither measure helped so I conclude its hardware.

OCCT stress tests all work fine as does MEMtest 86+ which did 40 passes with no freese or crash. Strangely stress testing and memtesting never causes crash over the course of many hours.,

All items except video card are about 2-3 years old.

All the fans in my PC are running. and no temps exceed 60C on anything unless I stress test and then there are noe failures.

Any idea?

Updating your BIOS can sometimes fix cache hierarchy errors.

Try to Reset BIOS to default state.

If you are overclocking your CPU or cache memory, try reducing the overclock to see if it fixes the problem.

Check the power supply is stable or not.

    If required change memory.
