It doesn't allow me to change my safe search settings and I have no idea why, browser has all filters off so I don't know where it's getting this from.

I'd apprize someone telling me how to remove this.

By default, Bing SafeSearch is set to Moderate. This means that it will filter out some explicit content, but not all of it. If you want to disable SafeSearch completely, you can follow these steps:

Open a browser and go to Bing.com.

Click on Settings and quick links.

    Scroll down to SafeSearch.

Here you can change the settings according to your need.

    Save the changes.

[Some users have finally managed to resolve the issue and disable Safe Search after creating a new Windows user account.]
