domain policy Settings,that prohibit users from adding or deleting sites. Client Settings cannot be added.

Set a list of sites, hope users can continue to add.

Hi,

If you want to disable the site management settings for security zones, you need to enable this policy "Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Security zones: Do not allow users to add/delete sites".
