Can't deploy GPT-4

I am using Azure AI | Machine Learning Studio and created a workspace, however when I click on Azure OpenAI language models and choose GPt-4 it doesn't get deployed - it provides a message with Deploy gpt-4:314 Model not deployableThis model is not deployable in Azure OpenAI.

when I look up the error, it says GPT-4 and GPT-4-32k are now available to all Azure OpenAI Service customers. Customers no longer need to apply for the waitlist to use GPT-4 and GPT-4-32k

I understand that you are using Azure AI | Machine Learning Studio for creating the Azure OpenAI Resource from the catalog.

it provides a message with Deploy gpt-4:314 Model not deployableThis model is not deployable in Azure OpenAI.

As error suggests that model is not available in the region you are trying to deploy.

Could you confirm if you are able to deploy the other available models?

Yes, it is available to all who has access to Azure OpenAI and no need to apply for waitlist.

When I tried deploying the model, seeing the below issue as the model not available in the region.

If you are deploying the model in any of the available regions, this could be due to high demand at present.

Please note that model availability varies by region as per this page Model summary table and region availability

As you can see below, I'm able to deploy GPT-4(gpt-4-32k) and GPT-35-Turbo model from the catalog without any issues in the available regions such as EAST US.

I would suggest you try the model deployments based on the availability.

Please note that Only one deployment can be made per model name and version.
