My Certificate Dashboard not visible and doesn't show Microsoft Certificates earned by me

In my profile when click on certificate profile or dashboard it doesn't provide my certification details. I am due to renew my Microsoft CyberSecurity Architect certification which doesn't provide options to renew. please share the options to fix this.
